Return Process

Visit our dedicated Support Center and enter your order ID and email address to start a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our product experts will conduct a remote troubleshooting session or review your submitted videos to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect or a compatibility error.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep; simply pack the product securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
After our warehouse team inspects the unit, we will issue a brand new replacement, a store credit, or a full refund depending on your preference and stock availability.
